1. Final Transactions

Any game top-up that has been successfully credited is final. No refunds or exchanges will be provided.



2. Incorrect Login Credentials / Player ID

Customers are responsible for entering the correct login credentials or player ID during the top-up process. Once the order is delivered, no refunds or compensation can be given for incorrect details provided by the customer.



3. Bonus Top-Up

Bonus top-ups are provided at the discretion of the game authority. If a bonus top-up is not credited to your account, Rosgay Store is not responsible, and no refunds can be issued.



4. Digital Goods & Gift Cards

Rosgay Store shall not be liable for any stolen, misplaced, or misused gift cards or other digital goods without authorization.

For the avoidance of doubt, Rosgay Store is not obligated to verify whether a gift card has been properly obtained at the time of redemption.



5. Non-Refundable & Non-Exchangeable Items

All purchases of CD Keys, Gift Cards, Game Points, and Prepaid Cards are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
